Cake Care Instructions
To ensure your custom cake remains perfect and delicious for your celebration, please follow these care and handling instructions.
Safe Transportation
Always carry the cake box from the bottom and keep it level. Do not place or transport the cake on car seats; keep it flat on the floorboard or in the trunk area.
Refrigerate ASAP
Store your cake in the refrigerator as soon as possible after pickup. Keep it refrigerated until ready to display or serve, unless serving immediately.
Remove Inedibles
Some custom cakes feature dowels, support beams, toothpicks, floral wire, or toys. Ensure all inedible structural items are removed before cutting and serving.
Keep Cool & Serve Warm
Avoid placing the cake in direct sunlight or outdoor heat. For the best flavor and texture, serve the cake at room temperature by taking it out 1-2 hours before cutting.
Mind the Support Beams
Our cakes are structured with internal support beams (wooden/plastic dowels) to hold layers together. No face smashing for safety reasons.
Storing Leftovers
Refrigerate any leftovers wrapped in cling film or stored in airtight containers. Properly packaged cake leftovers remain fresh for 4 to 7 days.
